Whilst the primary purpose of FibreMesh is to be used within the basecoat layer of cement-based render systems,  it can be used to bridge cracks for internal and external projects or for providing additional strength to floor screeds as well as plastered ceilings. FibreMesh is coated with acrylic acid co-polymer liquid, making it water, alkali and age resistant for improved durability and longer lasting performance in whichever area it is applied to. Any types of smoothing spatula or float can be used to embed and coat over the mesh to leave it lying flush and smooth within the surface.
