The Bright Ideas Co (UK) Ltd offer a varioius amount of Adhesive Spreaders, which can be used for various jobs from fitting ceramic and mosaic tiles in dry or wet areas as well as using them for fixing floor tiles.
- Used when fixing ceramic wall tiles in wet service areas such as showers, splashbacks, worktops etc and also for use in fixing ceramic floor tiles
How to Use:
1) Using a Bright Ideas Bucket Trowel (Item Code: NTG229) apply a layer
of adhesive evenly to the floor surface.
2.) Holding the floor spreader almost at a right angle to the floor, firmly proceed to comb the adhesive.
3.) Press the tiles firmly into place using a slight twisting or sliding action and place tile spacers at each of the corners.
4.) After all the tiles have been layed and the adhesive has set, proceed to grout over all of the tiles using a Bright Ideas Grout Float.

Like with notched trowels, adhesive spreaders are used to comb adhesive on surface areas prior to the installation of wall
or floor tiles. They're also a lot cheaper than
notched trowels and are extremely durable,
making them ideal for future applications.
