Washboys have revolutionised grouting. Using a washboy allows you to increase your speed when grouting and will allow you to achieve the perfect finish time after time. Not only that, but there will be no need to get your hands dirty!

When to Use:

- Useful when it comes to grouting jobs as equipment provided with the washset provide a quicker, yet equally professional finish. Castors also add to more maneuverability for easier transportation.

How to Use:

1.) Apply the grout as usual using the supplied Bright Ideas Grout Float.

2.) Fill the washboy (i.e bucket) with water to 20~30mm above the separation / sediment tray and dunk the Hydro Sponge into the water.

3.) Push the Hydro Sponge horizontally across the rollers to remove any excess water.

4.) Even up the grouted joints with the Hydro Sponge using a circular motion.

5.) Rub the Hydro Sponge along the separation / sediment tray in order to
remove excess grout so the grout will fall and settle at the bottom of the
separation / sediment tray. This will leave clean water above the sediment
tray to clean your Hydro Sponge in.

6.) Clean your Hydro Sponge and repeat step three.

7.) Pull the sponge across the tiles and then clean the Hydro Sponge and repeat from step three until the surface is clean.

8.) Once the job is complete, clean all of the tools to prolong their life span and store away inside the washboy until later use.
