- The big blue bull float is ideal for improving and smoothing the surface of
concrete. A tempered blue steel blade that achieves an ultra high fine finish with extra rounded corners to prevent tracking marks. The sprung steel blade is also capable of easily gliding over concrete which is still
reasonably wet.
